في وعاء، اخفقي صفار البيض فقط مع الفانيليا والسكر جيداً حتى يصبح المزيج فاتح اللون وكثيفاً.
أضيفي الزيت والحليب إلى الخليط واخفقي مجدداً حتى يتجانس.
انخلي الدقيق مع البيكنج بودر، ثم أضيفيه تدريجياً إلى الخليط مع التحريك المستمر حتى لا تتكتل المكونات
في وعاء منفصل، اخفقي بياض البيض حتى تحصلي على خليط كثيف أبيض يشبه الرغوة
أضيفي خليط بياض البيض تدريجياً إلى خليط الكيك وحركي برفق من الأسفل إلى الأعلى باستخدام مضرب شبكي أو ملعقة مسطحة، حتى يتجانس الخليط تماماً.
ضعي خليط الكيك في قالب مدهون بالزبدة ومرشوش بالدقيق، وتأكدي من توزيعه بالتساوي.
سخني الفرن مسبقاً على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
ضعي القالب في الفرن المسخن واخبزيه لمدة 30 دقيقة، مع إشعال النار من الأسفل فقط.
بعد مرور 35 دقيقة، أشعلي النار من الأعلى لمدة 5 دقائق إضافية حتى يصبح لون الكيك ذهبياً من الأعلى
أخرجي قالب الكيك من الفرن واتركيه ليبرد تماماً قبل إخراجه من القالب.
لتحرير الكيك من القالب، مرري سكين رفيعة حول حواف الكيك لفصله عن القالب، ثم اقلبيه على شبكة أو طبق التقديم.
ملاحظات
طريقة التقديمقطّعي الكيك إلى شرائح أو مربعات وقدميها على طبق كيك جميل. زيني الطبق ببعض الفواكه الطازجة مثل الفراولة أو التوت. يمكنكِ رش القليل من السكر البودرة على وجه الكيك لمظهر جمالي.
